For businesses with a website
An AI chatbot for your website.
A clearer path to the next conversation.
Answer visitor questions, capture inquiries, and collect booking requests with Chatbot Leads. Customize your chatbot for your business and install it using an embed snippet.
Use it for your own business. Reselling is optional.
Hi! What would you like to know?
Can you answer questions after hours?
Your bot can respond using your company information while your team is offline, then collect an inquiry for a person to follow up.
Scripted examples only. This demo does not send messages or collect personal information.
From a website visit to an actionable inquiry
A useful chatbot does more than display a chat bubble. It gives a visitor a clear way to get an answer, explain what they need, and reach your team.
Answer the questions before the inquiry
Give visitors useful answers based on the company information you provide. Help them understand your services and next steps, and direct questions that need a person to your team.
Capture useful contact details
Customize your lead form, required fields, supporting text, and confirmation message. Collect enough context to respond without making every visitor fill out a long questionnaire.
Collect consultation requests
Configure meeting types, availability, and booking copy. Visitors can request a time; your team reviews and approves the request. A requested appointment is not yet a confirmed booking.
Make the widget fit your website
Choose colors, typography, message styling, forms, and send icons. Configure floating, side-panel, or embedded layouts and review the same widget in the editor before publishing.
How to add Chatbot Leads to your website
You need permission to add custom JavaScript or HTML to your website. Some website builders restrict this by plan, so check your site's custom-code settings first.
Read the after-hours lead capture guide- 1
Create your bot
Add the company information, services, and answers visitors should be able to find.
- 2
Configure the next step
Set up lead collection and, if needed, availability for booking requests.
- 3
Preview the appearance
Choose your layout, colors, and typography, then check the desktop and mobile previews.
- 4
Copy your embed snippet
Open Edit Bot → Embed Script and copy the code for the layout you selected. Place it in the appropriate custom-code area on your website.
- 5
Test on the published site
Check a real question, a clearly labeled test inquiry, mobile placement, and the saved result before sending visitors to it.
Keep the follow-up connected
Review conversations and inquiries so your team knows what visitors asked. Where included in your plan, use campaigns, cadences, and intelligence reports to support the next step.
A captured inquiry does not automatically mean a lead is enrolled in a cadence. Review contacts, configure the sequence, and enroll the appropriate leads. Keep a person responsible for replies.

Questions before you embed a chatbot
Do I need to be an agency?
No. Businesses can use Chatbot Leads for their own websites. Agency and reseller options are available separately; reselling is not required.
Will it work with my website builder?
The embed needs a place where your site allows the required script or HTML. Check your builder’s plan, custom-code permissions, and security settings, then test the widget on the actual site.
Can I keep my existing contact form?
Yes. A chatbot can sit alongside your contact page. Give visitors a choice of how to reach you.
Can it replace my entire support team?
It can help answer routine questions using the information you supply. Unusual requests, commitments, and questions it cannot answer still need a person.
Can I change the look later?
Yes. Edit Bot includes appearance, layout, message, and form settings. Save your changes and verify the embedded result.
